The company announced this information in a press release today, Sunday.
The press release said that under the exchange program, the market price of an old smartphone of any brand will be determined. Then it will be deducted from the market price of the smartphone of the buyer’s choice. As a result, buyers will be able to buy a new model of Honor smartphone of their choice at a lower cost.
Abdullah Al, Head of Business at Honor Bangladesh, said, “Usually, the biggest obstacle in the way of replacing a smartphone is financial capacity. And our exchange offer will remove that obstacle. In order to provide more benefits to buyers, we are accepting smartphones of any brand. Our main goal is to give utmost importance to the convenience of the buyers.’
Accordingly, Honor has tied up with leading device valuation company ‘Flipper’ to determine the market value of old smartphones. As a result, Honor brand store employees will evaluate the current market value of old phones following Flipper’s valuation methodology. The opportunity to buy a new smartphone in exchange for an old smartphone will be available only at Honor brand stores located in different parts of the country.
