She grew up in a family with strict rules since childhood. Neither her mother nor father wanted her to become an actress. Everyone wanted her to study and work in an institution of her choice or something else. Once she never imagined that she would come to acting, Nazira Mou is making her debut in Dhallywood tomorrow as the heroine of her first movie.
Mou entered the entertainment world as a model in 2006. She has also walked the ramp. In early 2015, she acted in her first drama. Later, she got an offer to act in a movie. But when she told her family about acting in a movie, her parents initially said no.

Later, the actress let her parents read the movie script. After reading it, her parents encouraged Mou. Recalling those words, Mou said, ‘My family members don’t want to see me in many dance-song movies. They discouraged me from getting involved in these movies. In that sense, Nandini’s story does not have much dancing and singing like a commercial film. Anyone, including the family, can enjoy the dancing with the songs. I convinced the family by showing these reasons.’
She signed a contract for the film as the heroine in early 2019. Its shooting began towards the end of that year. All the work on the film was completed in 2022. But it was not released. In the meantime, she has faced various events in her personal life. Mou got married, later became a mother. Now she wants to go with her daughter to watch her first film.
Mou said, ‘I was worried for so long when the film would be released. I was very interested then. But now I feel scared. Our film is releasing tomorrow. My heart is pounding. I feel scared just thinking about it. Because, I have been waiting for so long. I am thinking about what the audience will say after watching that film. I want to watch the film with the whole family.’

Mou said that this film is about the struggle of a young woman who does not give up. This young woman will be seen in three forms. Nazira Mou has acted in the title role. In the film, journalist Palash is played by Indranil Sengupta from Kolkata.
The film’s release was announced for two years, but it was repeatedly postponed. In the meantime, in July last year, the production company released the official poster and announced that it would be released in the first week of August. That’s how the publicity and promotion progressed.

In the meantime, the release of the film was postponed again due to the quota reform movement and mass uprising. Finally, director Soibur Rahman Russell said that it will be released in 24 cinema halls in and outside Dhaka from tomorrow. The film is being made inspired by Paritosh Baroi’s novel ‘Narak Nandini’.
